Feathers to Fur is a family owned business based out of central MA. Coverage areas for delivery and set up include most of MA, RI & CT and part of NH but we are hoping to expand nationally with this website.

With this delivery option, we bring the Life cycle of A Chicken Programto you, providing a complete turn-key, hands on,  living life science project that will enthrall the children in your care. This program was designed to inspire discovery, exploration and learning, therefore providing children with an experience that will last a life time.

Starting with the adult chicken, you will follow the life cycle from an egg, to an embryo, to a chick…completing the life cycle back to a mature chicken. This program allows students the opportunity to incubate their own eggs and experience them hatching, as well as seeing the actual developmental stages of the embryo as it occurs inside the egg via a candling project…which is always a favorite of the children.

You can choose any subject within the Chick Hatching (Life Cycle) Program curriculum and decide how in depth you would like to get. You may opt to focus on only the frame work provided or you may want to expound on it and utilize the resources to its fullness.
